Increasing energy consumption in urban areas has become one of the major challenges in achieving sustainable and low-carbon development. This study aims to analyze the integration of renewable energy with circular economy principles as a strategy to improve resource efficiency and reduce carbon emissions in urban environments. The research applies a combination of energy consumption analysis, solar energy potential assessment, waste management evaluation, and sustainability scenario analysis. The findings indicate that renewable energy utilization combined with material recovery and waste-to-energy conversion has the potential to reduce dependence on fossil fuels while decreasing the amount of waste sent to landfills. In addition, the implementation of decentralized energy systems can improve energy resilience at the community level. This study demonstrates that the integration of clean energy policies and circular economy strategies can provide an effective approach to supporting the transition toward sustainable and low-carbon cities.
